Please note:

*All returns require original cash register receipt & original packaging attached (and debit machine reciept, if paid by credit or debit). Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, 8—14 days for store credit/exchange only.

*There are no store credits or exchanges on “FINAL SALE” products or plants.

*Store credits and exchanges require a VALID sales receipt within time limits below.

*Customer must bring in the affected plant and till receipt for any Plant Guarantees.

*There are NO CASH REFUNDS on Plant Guarantees; a store credit will be issued. Replacement stock is NOT Guaranteed.

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CASH AND CARRY

*Items may be put on HOLD for 24hrs with full payment.

GUARANTEES / WARRANTIES

Indoor Flowering Plants, Tropical’s and Annuals –  NOT GUARANTEED due to their sensitive nature. If you have purchased too many ANNUALS or changed your mind and the plants are in perfect condition, we may accept a return within 7 days.

Trees, Shrubs, Hardy Roses, Perennials, Vines and Cedars – GUARANTEED for 6 Months (of the date purchased). This GUARANTEE does not apply to plants that have been exposed to conditions beyond our control – improper planting or care, tip kill, wind, harsh winter conditions, pest or herbicide damage.  Please see 6 Month Guarantee Brochure for complete details (listed below).

Seeds – must be returned in good condition and unopened package within 7 days of purchase.

Non Perishable and Hard Goods (home décor, pots, tools, etc) – All returns require original cash register receipt & original packaging attached. Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, 8—14 days for store credit/exchange only. There are NO returns on SALE items.

Department 56 – must be returned in good condition, in its original package within 14 days of purchase. There are NO returns on SALE items.

Capi Pots – GARANTEED for 3 years and WARRANTY for 10 years on Tutch Collection with original receipt. See Capi Warranty brochure for complete details (listed below).


 PLANT GUARANTEES: 6 Month Guarantee

This guarantee applies to nursery stock trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, vines, cedars only.

All trees and shrubs are healthy plants when leaving LMG.

  • The GUARANTEE is in effect for a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of purchase.
  • The GUARANTEE does not apply to plants that have been exposed to conditions that are beyond our control – improper planting, or care, weather, wind, harsh winter conditions, pest or herbicide damage.
  • If a tree, shrub or perennial fails to live we will replace the plant ONCE with a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • A STORE CREDIT will be issued once the DEAD PLANT* and the TILL RECEIPT have been presented at LMG. *Dead plants must be returned within 6 MONTHS of the purchase date. The store credit can be used towards the purchase of replacement NURSERY STOCK or any product at LMG.
  • Our GUARANTEE IS LIMITED TO A ONE TIME ONLY REPLACEMENT and should the credit be used towards the purchase of new NURSERY STOCK it will not carry a GUARANTEE.
  • DELIVERY for trees and shrubs is a NON-REFUNDABLE service.

Capi Europe: 10 years Warranty.

Should anything happen to your Capi Pot and you need to return or exchange, a receipt must be present as proof of purchase.

Capi Europe gives a 3-year guarantee on every product and a 10-year warranty against manufacturing errors on the Tutch (orange interior) collection. If, during the guarantee period, something should happen with a Capi planter or if it shows any defect, please do not hesitate to contact us. We shall find an appropriate solution.

Most of our planters are frost resistant. Only frost resistant if the planter has a drainage hole. However, it is important that the planter is off the ground in frost. If the planter has no feet, it must be placed on a shelf or mat during frost. In addition, ensure that the hole at the bottom of the planter remains free so that no water can remain in the planter. Water expands when freezing and can mean that the planter breaks or tears.

If the planter is filled, you may not drag it around. The weight of the Hydro grain and the potting soil could cause the planter to rupture.

Articles from our indoor collection are made by hand and they cannot therefore be guaranteed as 100% waterproof. It is important to test this out at home first.


ONLINE ORDERS:

If you’re not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We are happy to refund any items which are in non-used condition. As long as it comes back to us in the same condition as it was shipped to you. This applys to online orders only.
